The Ogun State Tech Hub has pledged its readiness to partner privately owned technology hubs in the State, to accelerate the growth of Information and
Communication Technology (ICT).
The Special Adviser to the Governor on ICT, Mr. Dayo Abiodun disclosed this during a virtual meeting between the Bureau of Information Technology and the private owners of Tech Hub in the State, saying the meeting was to deliberate on areas of collaboration on matters relating to IT solutions.
He urged stakeholders to pull resources together, identify more areas of partnership, noting that the State has a lot of potentials waiting to be tapped, as its geographical location and size makes it advantageous.
Earlier in her address, the Director of Information Technology, Mrs. Olatundun Adekunte said OgunTech Hub was ready for collaboration with the private sector, so as to work as a team and move the ICT in the State to the next level.
In an interview with one of the proprietors of privately owned tech hub, Mr. Dayo Ogundeyi, appreciated the government for organizing the meeting towards improving innovations and building sustainable development in the State.
