Trade Fair – Gov. Abiodun decleares Event Closed

Ogun State is the largest industrial hub in Nigeria, and determined to uphold this position. this was pursued through the theme for the 10th Gateway International Trade Fair: ‘Transforming Agriculture and Commerce in a Highly Competitive Global Market’
The Trade fair organized by Ogun State Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines And Agriculture (OGUNCCIMA) was an opportunity for the SMEs to come together and showcase locally-made products and services, and as well avenue to provide a unique opportunity to cross-fertilize ideas; explore new business innovations and make credible business contacts.
Declaring the Trade Fair Closed, Ogun State Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun represented by his Deputy, Engr. Mrs Noimot  Oyedele  assured State Government Commitment on Agricultural Sector and as well creating enabling environment for industrial growth.
While commending all Participants, Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment  as well as OGUNCCIMA for the Successful hosting.
She reiterated Governor Abiodun’s administration’s commitment towards the promotion of  private sector driven economy, industrial development, investment friendly environment, commercial activities and empowerment and promotion of SMEs in the State.
Commissioner for Industry, Trade and Investment, Mrs Kikelomo Longe, her Counterpart in the Agriculture Ministry, Dr Adeola Odedina explained that Ogun State is intensifying efforts to diversify its economy through the developmental of Solid minerals.
Chief Mrs Alaba Lawson and President of OGUNCCIMA Alhaji Wasiu Olaleye while commending the State Government’ s Support for the Successful hosting said the fair accommodated over 100 participants from within and Outside the Country while over 2000 visitors and researchers also came around during the Fair.
The 11th Gateway International Trade Fair is expected in the year 2022
