Young singer, Miraboi born Miracle Chike has given his opinion on the lighthearted debate between Nigerians and Ghanaians as to which country makes the better Jollof rice, giving the debate in favour of the popular Ghana Jollof.
Miraboi, who is in Ghana for his media tour in an interview with Mx24 Ghana TV and TV3 Ghana, made his thoughts public, saying he had always wanted to experience the Ghana Jollof based on fantastic things he had heard about it.
“I have always wanted to taste this mythical jollof because many of my friends have told me about it. Now that I have tasted it, I have to give the debate to Ghana. The jollof is absolutely delicious and a bit better than our own Jollof,” he said.
The Nigerian singer has since been flaunting the Ghana Jollof rice on his Instagram story, confessing how Ghana Jollof rice tastes so delicious.
The Abena crooner was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria.
After dropping a love song with the Nigerian DMW artist Peruzzi titled Abena, he later took a step to go on a media tour to experience Ghana.
These two passionate nations seem to love to hate each other, and both feel theirs is the best Jollof rice.
One main difference is the type of rice used. Ghanaians use aromatic Basmati rice, which gives it extra flavour while Nigerians use long grain rice, believing that it is best for absorbing flavour.
