NIGERIA women’s team will today play the match of their life at the ongoing 2022 Commonwealth Games against host England for one of the slots in the quarterfinal round of table tennis event.
The two teams lost to Singapore yesterday while they both defeated St Vincent and Grenadines 3-0 to record one win from two matches in the group.
Today Group leader Singapore will be taking on St Vincent and Grenadines while the decider for the second place team will be between Nigeria and England.
But the men’s team had an easy ride in the group after beating South Africa and Ghana 3-0 each to set up the final group match against Cyprus.
