15-year-old Afro-pop singer debuts seven tracks

A 15-year-old Nigerian-American Afro-pop singer, Oluwadamilare Mogaji, popularly known as Tyler Vybe has debuted seven new tracks during his Abuja concert ahead of his forthcoming extended play set to be released in 2023.

The young singer’s EP titled “Homework,” comprises Afrobeat and Afro-Soul genres of music that discuss societal ills, newsmen reports.

The High School student living in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, performed energetically during the concert Tuesday night.

Speaking to journalists, Tyler Vibe said, “I love singing and writing, but I love to sing more, and I play football and love coding. I’ll advise young people who wants to excel to stay off drugs and put their trust in God because only God can crown efforts with success.

“With hard work and dedication, I see myself at the O2 Arena in the next five years just as Wizkid and Burna Boy.”
