African music dominating global scene rapidly-Jay Gold

ANigerian Act, Eruanga Jeffrey Osamoje aka Jay Gold has stated that African music is dominating the global scene rapidly.
The Business entrepreneur made this known in an Interview yesterday in Lagos.

The native of Owan east LGA Edo State said Afrobeat has been able to distinguish Nigerian artistes and placed them before kings and not mere men.

Also called The Golden Lion of Africa, Gold explained that Afrobeat is not just a musical genre but a cultural movement that reflects the political, social, and economic realities of its time, challenging the status quo and giving voice to the marginalized.

The Business Entrepreneur further explained that this fusion of highlife, jazz, and traditional African percussion has been captivating audiences since the 1970s, with its distinctive sound.

“In all sincerity, Afrobeats is putting Nigeria on the global map.
