Two former Governors of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano and Senator Chris Ngige, have been commended by the current Governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, as both mark their birthdays.
Obiano, is celebrating his 70th birthday, while Ngige, clocks 73
In his separate messages to the former Governors and respected Igbo leaders, Soludo, through his Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, said both leaders made significant impact on the socio-economic progression of the state and the people of Anambra State
“On this special occasion, Governor Soludo warmly celebrates Chief Willie Obiano on attaining this significant milestone of 70 years, and also wishes him continued good health, happiness, and many more years of celebration and service to humanity”
Aburime, said Soludo, described Ngige as a leader who rendered good services to Anambra State and Nigeria through his various roles in public service.
“Thus, Governor Soludo warmly congratulate Senator Chris Ngige on this special occasion of his birthday and also prays that he enjoys many more years of life in robust health and in continuous service to humanity ” the message read.
