In its drive to strengthen women’s economic empowerment, the Ogun State Government is intensifying sensitisation across the four local government areas under the Nigeria for Women Project Scale-Up Initiative.
The latest stop is Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, where officials meet community groups and market women to deepen awareness about Women Affinity Groups, known as WAGs.
The sensitisation campaign aims to build social capital and strengthen women’s participation in community development, entrepreneurship, and financial inclusion.
