Ogun State Planning Development Permit Authority is determined to ensure full implementation of the law guiding the observance of 70 metre setbacks on all the highways in the state by ensuring regular removal of all illegal structures and shanties within the setbacks.
General Manager of the authority, Tpl Itunu Jolaoluwa, made this known while speaking on the continuous enforcement exercise being carried out on Abeokuta/Sagamu Highway to enforce the observance of setbacks.
